WHY DO WE COLLECT CERTAIN PERSONAL DATA?

IP ADDRESS
Our web servers record every visitor’s IP address. We collect IP addresses to ensure our webpage’s integrity, and to secure and protect personal data. IP addresses are stored on a server for 24 hours, and are erased afterwards.
Only employees of the Polyclinic can access the data. IP addresses are not accessed, except in the case of unauthorised attempt to enter the webpage.
Facebook Data
Our Facebook page is linked to our webpage through the use of Facebook Pixel technology. Facebook Pixel is a third party tool which enables us an insight into what our visitors do on our webpage, which services they view, and which of our ads they have seen on Facebook, in order to know what our clients want and which services interest them. These data are forwarded to Facebook.
If you agree, your Facebook page can receive information about you, such as:
Age, sex, location, the gadget you use, and information on your habits on Facebook.
That data is stored on Facebook’s servers, which can be located inside or outside the EU. Facebook’s services follow the latest GDPR and EU-US Privacy Shield requirements.
Google Anayltics data
We use third party advertising and analytic tools by Google Company.
Google Analytics is collecting your:
Age, sex, interests, behaviour on the Internet, and the website you visited before visiting our webpage. It is also tracking your behaviour on our webpage and which actions you undertake while you’re visiting it.
Your IP address is anonymized (that is, the last set of numbers in an IP address is not recorded).
That data is stored on Google’s servers, which can be located inside or outside the EU. Google’s services follow the latest GDPR and EU-US Privacy Shield requirements.
The data is kept on Google’s servers for 14 months.
FILLING IN THE EMAIL FORM
When you fill in the form on our webpage with questions about our services or business, you will be obliged to send personal data (name, email address, telephone number), in order for us to be able to contact you and correctly respond to your questions.
All the messages you send this way are forwarded to our e-mail address, which is located on Google’s servers, where they are recorded and stored permanently.

DATA SECURITY
All the personal data is stored securely on our servers, and personal data is encrypted when sent through our contact forms. Our webpage and servers always follow the latest security standards.

We undertake all the measures to minimise the possibility of leaking of personal data, at our institution and on the Internet. The Internet services we use, including our webpage, all meet high security standards.
In the case of unauthorised entry into any of our Internet services we will inform the police and the provider of web hosting.
